- Analyze and optimize industrial manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and implement new process technologies and equipment.
- Develop process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and pilot plant trials.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train operations personnel on new processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and R&D.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial process engineering.
- Proven experience with process design, optimization, and scale-up.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
