  • Train operations personnel on new processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and R&D.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial process engineering.
  • Proven experience with process design, optimization, and scale-up.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
