Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
**How you will contribute**
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

**Reporting to** **:** Marketing Manager
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead the development and execution of marketing innovation strategies for Mondelez Brands, aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
+ Identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and market opportunities to generate innovative product concepts and marketing initiatives.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive innovation from concept ideation to commercialization.
+ Develop consumer-centric business cases for new product launches, ensuring financial viability and alignment with brand positioning.
+ Champion a culture of innovation within the organization, fostering creativity and collaboration across teams.
+ Monitor market performance, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
+ Partner with external agencies and vendors to leverage expertise and resources in driving marketing innovation initiatives.
+ Effectively communicate marketing innovation strategies, project updates, and results to the leader team, and key stakeholders within the organization.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Product Innovation within FMCG. Consumer-packaged goods industry, with a focus on the snacking category, is preferred.
+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful innovation in related markets.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer insights, market data, and financial metrics to drive business decisions.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization.
+ Creative thinker with a passion for consumer-centric innovation and a drive for results.
+ Complex problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and iterative processes.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including; gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and other support functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
