Job Description

**Lead the building facility management**
- Facility management process set-up
- Transfer technical knowledge from vendors
- Establish the standard process of maintenance and check-up items for building facility of all sites nationwide
- Develop & lead regular checking and maintenance schedule to ensure the facilities are in good condition
- Process implementing
- Manage vendor and supervise staff to execute the checking & maintenance process per schedule and meeting requirements
- Proactively have ad-hoc checking to define potential risks for preventive action or quick fixing
- On site check and ad-hoc simple problem solving
- Facility renovation/ touch-up
- Work out the demand scope of building facility renovation, fixing, touch-up then collaborate with Procurement and vendors to proceed the scope from purchasing to hand-over

Lead the safety assurance for operations**
- Set up & maintain safety regulations, policies & systems in compliance with laws
- Establish, implement, and maintain safety regulation, policies & systems
- Develop program and provide training to enhance staff’s awareness of safety regulations, policies & procedure for consistent compliance
- Assess potential risks and analysis to figure out potential risks, measure and provide CPA to mitigate their impacts
- Lead the PCCC audit for HCM Center to ensure meeting the regulations; work with related teams for documentation preparation for the PCCC audit (e.g.co-ordinate with Legal, EHS, HCM Center Supervisor to get the documentation from landlord.)
- Manage Safety Operation Control at sites to avoid safety risks
- Set up and implement safety program and activities to prevent incidents from maintenance activities
- Organize safety internal audit and inspection randomly or periodically, report major non
- conformities, follow up the results and take Corrective/Preventive actions (if any).
- Be in-charge of handling frequent report/ update to the management and internal teams about safety tasks, safety issues or best practice sharing.
- Lead in incident investigation and report timely.
- Deal with any emergency cases related to safety.
- Manage vendors to ensure they follow, and conduct required safety implementation when vendors execute the services at sites
- MOC: Support relevant departments managing changes which may cause safety impacts and risks

Lead the Admin outsourcing service to ensure the service meeting the KPIs and expected outcome for HCM Center**
- Manage the vendor performance of outsourcing service vs KPI (cleaning, security, parking lot, Phyto cafe)
- Implement regular 360-degree feedback of ABO, customers for continuous improvement in service level and quality
- Develop the action plan of service quality assurance to ensure no impact on biz operations
- **Lead the Stationery, Office Supplies, Office equipment for HCM Center**
- Manage the purchasing in a cost effectively, good quality and service provided

Lead the Admin Officer to perform the task assigned and deliver expected KPIs

Zalo is looking for a
**Lead UX Writer** who will play a very important role in the product design process that aims to deliver a satisfying experience to our diverse user base of over 70 million users.

In this position, you'll lead the UX writing team as well as work closely with UX design, product owner and manager, engineering, and branding teams to create impactful, clear, and easy-to-understand microcopy for Zalo.

We believe this will be a unique chance for you to gain experience in UX Writing in particular and Product Design in general and see how your work goes live and impacts millions of users.

**What you will do**:

- Work very closely with the Research, UX Designer, Product Owner, and Branding team to define the language of micro writing for the Zalo app, website, and other user-interaction content;
- Lead and mentor UX writers to create very clear and practical content which is aligned with our values and guideline to win user experience;
- Create, implement, and improve in-app promotion campaigns and events to gain user engagement and brand love;
- Develop and keep updated UX writing style guides and standards for the Zalo app.

**What you will need**:

- Comfortable with logical thinking;
- Be practical;
- At least 1 year of a management role;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX writing in Vietnamese and English;
- Master in UX Writing as techniques and process;
- Experience in collaborating closely with R&D and Product & Design teams;
- Able to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Willing to corporate within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback;
- Master in Vietnamese and fluent in English;
- Familiar with a Figma, Notion;
- Experience in product design, technology field as preference.

Your people-management skills are second-to-none & the ability to manage a team of MEP Modellers comes second nature to you.

- A Leader whom is team-orientated, respectful, friendly, hard-working, good listener, passionate about learning + improving & loves all things MEP/HVAC
- Engineering experience (with a professional/accredited university degree) within either Thermal, Electrical or Environmental Engineering (MEP)
- Ability to manage up to (10) MEP Modellers at all experience levels (Junior to Senior)
- Experience in managing Digital/BIM project delivery with the platform Autodesk Revit
- Practical knowledge in the use of Collaboration Platforms (Revizto, BIMCollab, Navisworks, Solibri)
- International & local-based project delivery experience & exposure
- Experience across multiple disciplines: HZG, KLT, RLT, SAN, SPR, ELT & MSR
- Professional English Language skills
- Ability to Lead, self-manage, direct a team to set goals, deliverables within an agreed timeline, Lead within a team-environment, delivery of tasks within multiple working environments (remote-working structure, work within an office environment, work from home-office): adaptability for change
- Professional accreditation (certificates) in people management or leadership, etc. would be ideal
