- Engineering experience (with a professional/accredited university degree) within either Thermal, Electrical or Environmental Engineering (MEP)
- Ability to manage up to (10) MEP Modellers at all experience levels (Junior to Senior)
- Experience in managing Digital/BIM project delivery with the platform Autodesk Revit
- Practical knowledge in the use of Collaboration Platforms (Revizto, BIMCollab, Navisworks, Solibri)
- International & local-based project delivery experience & exposure
- Experience across multiple disciplines: HZG, KLT, RLT, SAN, SPR, ELT & MSR
- Professional English Language skills
- Ability to Lead, self-manage, direct a team to set goals, deliverables within an agreed timeline, Lead within a team-environment, delivery of tasks within multiple working environments (remote-working structure, work within an office environment, work from home-office): adaptability for change
- Professional accreditation (certificates) in people management or leadership, etc. would be ideal
