**The Core Job**:
- Propose new content, write, and distribute on various social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Create content for and improve Got It Vietnam website (blog, long-form content, e-magazine, SEO.)
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure all branding activities align with the company’s recruitment strategy
- Contribute to overall branding strategy by providing feedback, sharing stories, and brainstorming new ideas
**You Must Have**:
- Strong writing and organization skills, and ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail in hands-on execution
- Interest in learning to create engaging content for social media channels and write long-form content, SEO-optimized content for blogs
- A hustler personality, someone who takes the initiative with a natural drive to get things done
- Good English listening and speaking skills
- BA or higher in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
